General

These terms and conditions apply to the Zeezout Festival promotion developed and implemented by TicketSwap International B.V. located at Rokin 75, 1012 KL in Amsterdam, hereinafter referred to as TicketSwap. The promotion is carried out on behalf of Zeezout Festival its place of business at Doctor Jan van Breemenstraat 1, 1056 AB Amsterdam, hereinafter referred to as Zeezout Festival.

Participation By registering you explicitly agree and accept the specific terms & conditions applicable to this campaign and the general terms & condition of TicketSwap. 

Participation is open to anyone with a verified TicketSwap user account, with the exception of those persons referred to below. Participation is excluded for employees of both TicketSwap and Zeezout Festival, as well as anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in this promotion in an organizational sense. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. There is no maximum age for participation. Participation in this promotion is free.

Promotion period

The campaign runs from August 23, 2023, to August 31, 2023. The campaign will be hosted on TicketSwap's social media accounts.

Prize and vouchers

With this campaign, participants who like the giveaway post and follow the TicketSwap and Zeezout Festival Instagram page have a chance to win tickets for Zeezout Festival. The winners will be selected and communicated on August 31, 2023. TicketSwap will notify winners via personal message on Instagram. In total there will be 1 winner who will win a pair of tickets, for Zeezout Festival 2023.

Personal data

When participating, the participant gives permission for the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the promotion. The personal data will be used to implement the promotion and the distribution of the prizes as mentioned earlier. The personal data of individual participants is not shared with third parties other than those mentioned in the privacy policy, such as, but not limited to, Zeezout Festival. The participant's details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the privacy policies of TicketSwap and Zeezout Festival. Other

No rights can be derived from the result of this promotion. The result of the promotion is irreversible, non-transferable and will not be corresponded about. In cases not provided for in the terms and conditions, TicketSwap will decide. In the event of fraud or undue influence on the promotion, TicketSwap reserves the right to exclude participants, not to award prizes or to waive the right to a prize. If participation involves the use of multiple accounts by a single individual, TicketSwap has the right to exclude the participant from further participation and/or it may be decided to waive the right to the prize to be won. TicketSwap, Zeezout Festival, the assistants or third parties engaged by them cannot be held liable for damage that may arise in any way from this promotion and/or the prizes made available by Zeezout Festival. TicketSwap's responsibility in this regard is limited to registering participants only. TicketSwap is not responsible or liable for defects in the vouchers or prizes to be provided byZeezout Festival. TicketSwap does not give any guarantees on the vouchers or prizes to be provided by Zeezout Festival.
